My creative space

Among other enameling projects this week - new earrings for myself. A little bolder in size than the rest of my enameled earrings and an opportunity to test how these two enamels look when fused together. What you see here is beautiful rosey copper below clear enamel dipped in dark pink enamel. I love how the pink changes in different lighting situations - from purple like in this picture to almost lilac in bright daylight. The chances are good that these will become my favourite earrings this autumn.

  1. Many (too many) years ago I visited an enamel producing little shop in Limoges. I guess that what you are doing is quite similar? I am amazed...

  2. Enameling is fusing glass powder to metal and it's very addictive :)
