My creative space

Here's another creative sidekick of mine. A handful of plastic beads are on their way to become a sun-catcher.
That little thing that looks like a cookie is made of polymer clay. Rolled it out, cut it with a cookie cutter and pierced with a toothpick. After that it landed on a pan covered with backing paper. 30 minutes in an oven and the cookie was ready for the next step.
Then the wire and wire cutters came in. I used a thin hobby wire and not thread, since the wire is easier to untangle and I can bend it in any shape I want. Added some wooden beads as well.
Made the loop for hanging. And that's it!
To play along and see who else is playing this week visit Kirsty.

ReplyDeleteYes, it is cookie like. Bet that sounds delightful, only we're experiencing gales here in Canberra, i'm suspecting it's prettier in a gentle breeze. Love Posie
