I was pondering a lot about the time this weekend while meeting some people I usually see once a year and visiting my grandparents grave. It's a summer tradition here in Latvia to meet in cemeteries and commemorate our relatives and ancestors followed by a small feast or celebration. A little nostalgic, but mostly cheerful event.
