I love the sunlight in September. It was rainy this morning and I ended up taking pictures of raindrops sparkling in the sun.

August pleasures

One of the things I love about August is blooming heather. Along with mushroom picking and scent of ripe apples. And many colours and shapes of gladioluses. My grandfather was very good at growing them.

This week my mom made some cowberry and apple jam. She's very good at it.

Love how the summer slowly turns into autumn.

Drops

Last night there was a heavy thunderstorm and crystal drops still linger in our garden.

Midsummer

The nights have grown into a few hours of dusk.

They say flowers picked during midummer have healing powers.

I love this magical time of the year.

Inspiration

Blooming apple trees have inspired me to create a new pair of earrings. All suplies are there, but I've got no time for enameling until Tuesday. Can't wait to see how those pale yellow seed beads behave when heated with torch.
